will continue the holistic mind body & soul activities and fair trade global cafe.

The Retreat Cafe & Information Centre is open Tuesday to Friday 11am to 5pm for Fair Trade tea, coffee and light wholesome food.
There is also an information centre covering all spiritual life in Swansea and rooms to hire for meetings & classes.

Yoga and Tai chi classes run in the evenings.
